Uganda Wildlife Education Center – The Uganda Wildlife Education Center (UWEC) is a conservation facility located in Entebbe, Uganda. Dedicated to wildlife education and rescue, UWEC showcases indigenous and exotic animals, emphasizing environmental conservation. Through educational programs, research, and outreach, it strives to raise awareness and promote the conservation of Uganda’s rich biodiversity.
This project was mainly contracted by Seyani International Limited, designed by the Landscape Studio in partnership with Studio FH as project managers and consultants. This 6 months initiative was funded by the World Bank through CEDP.
On this project we were subcontracted to do Softscape works that include the following:
- Plant Sourcing and delivery
- Installation as per landscape architect
- Maintenance of the planted areas.
